I just went with the 4Blitzers, 2 Thrower, 5Linos, 3RR, 9FF, 10k spare. Catcher are in the beginning to vulnerable to use them. The Oger is not reliable enough. 9FF means u can pretty fast buy catchers or the Oger, maybe replace some loses.

I'd go with A.
Catchers are actually less vulnerable of the start than they are at any other point, since there is very little Tackle about outside of Dwarf teams, and you can get them Block fairly quickly.
A gives you a decently balanced roster to start with, and allows you to take advantage of the adaptability of Humans.

I thought that Cockerel A will be more balanced but because my 1 game is against necros (frenzy&claws werewolf) and second against Ch. Dwarves (tackle all around+2BC) I thought that maybe it is better to avoid fragile catchers and put some Ogre in fight... still not sure is it a good idea

You should be looking to smack the wolf anyways - the catcher will often stay on its feet to the wolf (unless he takes a both down or get s a pow) giving you a ready made assist for the Blitz. Blitzers should counter a wolf quite nicely, and then you keep a lineman handy for a boot.
Given how slow a CD Blocker is, you should be able to keep your catcher away and safe from them fairly well.

Thanks for help, I went for
variant B
4 Blitzers
Ogre
1 Thrower
5 Linemen
2 Re-Rolls
9 Fan Factor
10k in treasury
and it was win 2:0. Ogre cripled that oversized dog in third turn. I bought appo and extra lineman and I hope that money received after game with C.Dwarves will allow me to purchase one catcher.
Btw, anybody have some good advices for human tactics against CDwarves... didnt manage to find some good advices
