What to buy

I have a Skaven team:

2 Storm vermin (1 claw)
2 Throwers (1 accurate)
4 gutter runners (1 sprint, 1 catch, 2 block-niggle)
5 Linerats

2 rr
11 ff
1 Apoth

I have 110k in the bank and am trying to decide whether to buy a rat ogre or an extra re-roll after my next match.

Being a big fan of RRs I always go for minimum 3 RR first. They offer so much freedom as long as you haven't spent them, 2 is just too few.

RR all the way. The only question I'd be asking is if your next purchase was going to be a 14th player or a 4th reroll.

would it be better to fill up the roster a bit more before going for rr 4?

I would say it depends on where this team is playing. If it's an Open league, where you can pick and choose your opponents, I'd go for the fourth RR because you can pick softer opponents which won't demolish your team.

If it's a league with a schedule, then look at your coming opponents. Do you expect to see a bashy opponent who could really pound your team into the dust if you're unlucky with armor rolls? Then you'd better buy some more liners. Otherwise, if your next, say, two opponents are softer teams unlikely to hurt you, work towards RR number four.
