Nurgle team start-up
I'm going to start a Nurgle team, but not quite sure how to set up my team. I'm hoping to end up with the following after my first in-season recruitment:
3x Nurgle warrior
2x pestigor
1x Nurgle beast
(rest of the 11 made up by rotters)
With the starting money, I can only afford 5 of the 6 positionals I want. But no matter which I don't buy, that first player will be bought after I earn 80K, cause I will save whatever I don't spend from my initial bank. The question becomes which of the 3 is going to miss the first 2-4 games (our house rules gives everyone 10K more every game)? Assuming none of them dies and I have to replace them.

I would buy the beast from the beginning. The way I see it, the Nurgle team is basically a quasi-chaos / undead team, with the novel part of the team being the Beast. If you don't want to go with the beast from the beginning, it would seem like you should go with another team. Also, it looks like the Beast will get SPPs only from CAS and MVP, so the earlier you get him, the more likelihood of him getting MVPs early.
Of course, I've almost no Nurgle experience, so I could very well have no idea what I'm talking about.

No one should be honored for doing what is expected.

Gotta buy the Beast at the start. They really are superb ... Tentacles is a match winner, especially against Elves.
I'd leave out the Pestigor to begin with ... Warriors skill up slowly, so the extra chance of a MVP is always welcome, and it isn't as it you lack for ball carriers with all those Rotters. Pestigors will earn SPPs quickly whenever you buy them.

If I understand correctly, the question is which of the 3 to leave out of the team until he earns the 80K.
The Beast is definitely better than the Warrior so there is no reason to choose it to be left out.
So the choice is between leaving out a Warrior or a Pestigor.
I voted to leave out the Warrior as I think this team needs speed more than strength.
