It's ok for a league though, as you can get more players later on.
But he's not playing in a tourney. It's just a league, and he himself started off by saying the primary purpose was fun. Tons of beginners by the sounds of it, too. I'm certain a Khemri team in such an environment would have a tough time, imo it takes a good coach to run Khemri well at all.
It indeed takes a good Khemri coach to win games, but crippling other teams (especially vs beginning coaches) isn't quite so hard with Khemri. And don't we all play for fun?
So if there is that rare case where he takes a few early cas and is stuck playing shorthanded in the first game or two, it won't be the end of the world. After a few games, he'll have an apoth and at least a little bit of a bench, and then there's really no worries in that regard.
