Should I retire this ghoul?

Post by gandork »

Hi all

A ghoul on my necromantic team was injured a few matches ago, and lost a point of movement (on the team "Gravkammeratene" on this page)

My problem is I can't decide if I want to retire him or keep him. His current stats and skills are
MA6 ST3 AG3 AV7 Dodge, Block, Shure hands
His low movement annoys me a lot, but I love to have a block, shure hands ghoul. I have 70k treasury, so I may replace him.

What du you think?

Depends on the rest of your team. If he is the only skilled player you might think you need the Block. Otherwise I'd retire him ... Sure Hands means he will end up scoring TDs, and you don't want to give SPPs to player you will end up retiring.

You've got Block all over on that team including your Weres. If he had a doubles roll I might be persuaded to keep him but, right now, I'd say no. Let him go.

Retire him before he gains any other SPPs.

I notice that you gave kick to your other Ghoul. Why? I'd consider retiring him as well once you have enough money for a replacement so that you can pick skills more suitable to a Ghoul. That's just me though.

right on...kick is very much a zombie skill...don't give it to players that are actually GOOD at something. :)

fire teh ma6 ghoul, then when you can get kick on a zombie, build up some more spare fundage and let that kicker ghoul go as well.

Thanks for your advises, I will retire him as soon as possible :)

About kick: If it was possible, I would also like to give kick to a zombie. But the problem is that I can only have three zombies at the field at the same time, and I need them all on the line. And my flesh golems and whights guard the wide zones. So there is actually only ghouls and werewolves left to give kick to.

In that case: don't give kick. It's not that important.
