Chaos pact tactics

Not sure if this has been asked but i am thinking of starting a chaos pact team and i am unsure of how they should be played with regards to:

Offensive line up? :o
defensive line up? 8)
what player should be used in what position? :-?
what skill development should be used? :?:

Please help
