I once thought that 3 RR's was a must on any team but of late I am starting to think it's more about the players on the pitch and you can get by with fewer RR's.

I wouldn't go to less than two on C D Team though.

Orcs can get by with 2RRs. But CDs don't have easy access to Sure Hands. That's the only issue in my book.

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

Can't disagree, it removes the luxury RR, I used RR's for ball control and the odd vital situation only. But it's surprising how well you can get by.

You can take a look at first post. You have one random skill and one choosen skill. You can take sure hands on a bull centaur after first round. With two RR's this could be nice.

See, I think SH on a BC is a waste. What is it that linemen say? "Handling balls is ok... if you're a girl." Or in this case, a hobgoblin. I'd take a SH Hobgoblin, but only if the random skill came up that way.

I have no problem with SH on a BC. It gives you 75% of getting the bal in a mobile strength 4 player. Difficult to get block dice on ball carrier.

When you give SH on a hobgoblin, you get big chance that your skill is quickly of the pitch being strength 3 armour 7 with no skills.

That is why you play chaos dwarfs. You kick your opponent from the pitch. Starting rosters do not have a lot of skills so not much side step on the pitch.

Bloodbowl is a contact sport

It is an other playing style. I think they both work.
