Just read the entire thread (Got to love working nights) Congrats on your victory....

The "Journey" seems to have been a steep learning curve but the reward seems to be worth it.

ive also benefited from some of the wisdom handed down (altho I dont play Orc's)

Once again CONGRATS :D

How are you doing this...stand firm?
Yup. Two BOBs with SF, two Blitzers with SF and another two Blitzers with Guard (or Linos/Throwers with Guard), and a Troll with Guard, and you're good to go. A ST3 safety with Block and Tackle is good in case of a rare break-through, and a little Frenzy in each Wide Zone can scare people into trying to play Sisyphus and go up the middle, which is just frickin' suicidal. Good Wood Elf teams will score on you about a third to half the time, but everybody else will roll back on their butts on defense and watch you maul them. There is no caging. There is the "Leap and Pray" offense, there is the ol' "Scream and Bleed" offense, and then there's... umm ... ummm ....

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.
