Double on an ulfwerener
if you had an unskilled ulf and rolled a double would you take dodge (or something else agility based) or go for the needed block straight away?

Gotta be Side Step. Let's him:
a) Crowd push with impunity. SS is much better than Stand Firm for this, as you can swing round people and then crowd push them next turn.
b) Side Step on a strong player is awesome. It offers almost as much protection as Dodge. Your opponent will often not dare to block him in case he ends up somewhere horrible. Even a knockdown will often not be enough for your opponent.

I'd be tempted to just give him Block.
Dodge is also tempting, if only for extra protection against being knocked down. Also synergies with Break Tackle later on if you want to produce a Blitzer type.
Sidestep is nice, but it won't help him get SPP's. Block would be top of my list still.

Another vote for Side Step. Awesome linebacker, that. Block next of course, even on doubles, 10 or 11.
