Mighty Blow doubles your cas rate, but does almost nothing else.

Block adds 1/3 or so to your cas rate, and improves your odds of staying on your feet or knocking the other guy down.

I see what you mean, and since the BOBs skill from cas exclusively, That will be slow, so im going 2 block and a guard to make things tricky for other teams, The blitzers I'll sort as they skill up.
