conceding the match is not a good idea, then I don't get my mvp and no money. I also lose one FF.
I will concede if the things get really bad
The idea only placing 3 players is a good one. I think I try this in defence. In my offence I try to foul as much as I can to hurt him and to get my players sent off the pitch, probably I get SPP by a complete pass or something else.

Well, it's a risk/reward ratio. If you start getting your people injured or taken out of the game, things will escalate quickly. It would really take a miracle for you to win the game, so if it looks like there is a good chance you will lose, quit the game instead of risking permenant deaths. You'd lose the fan factor, the MVP and your money, but this is going to leave you rated around TR 99, so you'll earn essentially 10k extra in your next game (which will hopefully be a better matchup.)

Darkson is absolutely right that you should check to see how much damage "Virus" will do to him, but I would bet that getting his 3-4 best players off the pitch is more valuable than getting 4-5 of his niggles off.

Yeah, if you concede you lose your MVP et al, but if you play you may find yourself in the situation were your teams is so badly mauled that it has to pull out of the league anyway.

As an (sort of) example, I'm playing Pariah in a test game for the Orge roster, using a basic 100TR Norse team. I've had 3 deaths :o in this game, and if it was a league team I would seriously consider retiring it, cos at best I will have 9 players for the next game (if I can afford to buy a lineman), and i've still got extra-time to go.

So you need to weigh up the lost money and MVP over the possibility of having to retire, in wich case you lose it anyway.
