I also agree with the most authors and would give him "Strong Arm". Try to specialise your thrower to a long bomb at 2+ quarterback. I agree then with grumbledook and make the other thrower a ballthief with "Big Hand", "Safe throw" to pick up the ball and throw him behind enemy lines, where your Gutterrunner are still in position.

I'd probably go dodge myself. Accurate and +AG is pretty much all you'll need to get your throws in, Dodge will allow you to get into tight corners to retrieve a loose ball, break away from pass rushes, get into a good passing lane and protect you on blocks.

I'd Go along with just about everyone else ....Strong Arm
It took me ages to finially roll a double for a thrower (or any other rat on my team for that matter) and Strong arm has been really useful
