Your choice on firing the elf-ombie (but it's sooo much fun to paint a fig for them), but I feel that 13 is the optimum number for Necros/Undead.... You'll appreciate having a couple of reserves when true bashers come to town....
On the flip side: 11 players does concentrate SPPs....
Depends upon your style of coaching....
