Halfling League Build and Development

so i took an ill advised match against Necromantic team today, his TV was 1030 mine was 810 only 220k inducements
took Mchef babe and dirty trick card(bombadier guy)

asked if i wanted to play i said sure havent played in a week
stole all 3 his rerolls to start
game goes on its going decent he recieved tried hitting me with a 1 die block off the start with his werewolf on my tree rolled both down(my tree had block) so he goes down im able to get in his half and pick up the ball. i wasnt able to make much movement so i reversed and eventually got into a position where TTM was my best option tried throwing him he ends up scattering back 3 spaces and doesnt even land. another struggle ensues he gets the ball tries to reverse on me but i am able to cover him my side step came in handy, im able to knock his ghoul over to get the ball loose, i then try to pick up the ball in a tackle zone 4+ succeed then fail the dodge out both times, he tries to get the ball and fails so then i able to blitz him off the ball with 1 die then pick up the ball GFI fail, reroll succeed, GFI one more time into the endzone fail first half over.

second half i use the bomb skill backfires scatters back to me and ends up knocking over one of my trees, next turn my tree takes root, i decide to go for a TTM for a quick score as his guys were in position to foul and murder most of my guys, fail the landing, in the end he starts to break armour ends up with 7 casualties i had 2 Main tree up to 7 cas for me. i only had 2 guys left on the field in the end both trees, one had taken root on his back, he gets down field and wins 1-0

i failed so many take root rolls this match it wasnt even funny.

had 1 halfling die and another -str fired him and one side stepper MNG

not the greatest turn out.

oh well, next time i wont play a game unless i have more inducements
