Interesting. I never take Varag. I'd rather have Ripper, so I don't have to roster Grab (or so I get two, which is the point of diminishing returns; two is better than one, but it doesn't merit a second skill investment — Star Player time). It's really easy to get one assist with Orcs, even against Orcs, and at that level, you just have to assume that you're blocking skilled targets.

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

I think cyanide only lets you hire one star or morg for every team. For orcs that is varag, not ripper.

Ah. Well, that explains it.

That's correct. Varag isn't too bad mind you. I kinda like him at times. With ag3 I send him to do all sorts of shenanigans knowing that he can die safely and at best jump up back into action.

Sure. It's just that Ripper rewrites the playbook.

I'm not good with grab. I like the skill, in theory but I can't use it well when I am in situation to play with it... unless I have a Frenzy player.

Yea I prefer varag over ripper too, because he's REALLY fast & has block.
