Vampire 5th Skill...Spoiled for Choice

Hello again....

The vampires have been rocking it this season, with a 7-1 record going into the postseason as the top seed in the division. The roster is as follows:

1. Vampire with Blodge, Pro, Sidestep (+normal skill)
2. Vampire with Blodge, Leap, Sidestep
3. Vampire with Blodge, Frenzy, Tackle
4. Vampire with Blodge, Sidestep, Tackle
5. Vampire (just purchased)

2 Thralls with Wrestle, 1 with Kick, 1 with KO return. 5 buffet-thralls.

5 RR, 11 FF, 140k banked.

#1 just hit 76 SPP and needs what will probably be his final. The league is fairly bashy, but over half the teams have some players with dodge somewhere, so Tackle is high on the list. Other than that I could take catch/diving catch or possibly diving tackle for a great safety...but laying down a vamp is slightly risky.

2-4 are getting pro...its just too much fun. #5 is getting the ball and getting to blodge to increase annoyance...hopefully he'll roll some stat increase sometime.

What skills should I be eying? Have I missed any? Thanks for the advice!

not a single guard on the team in a bashy league...

not a fan of leap on vampires either, what with hypnotic gaze and ag4 and usually dodge at some point, bit late for that though ;]

another tackle could be nice but two covers the pitch fairly well

diving tackle could be really annoying though, I wouldn't worry about them going prone

jump up can also be handy at times

Particularly Sidestepping, Blodging, ST4 Guard... get rid of that assist if you dare

Guard seems the right choice, although if your league sports a lot of strip ball I can't think of another player in your team that would fit as a ballcarrier type better so sure hands should be on the table as well.

really, we should start a thread on "the most annoying enemy player" and this would be in the top 3 I would think...
