Take the move. Get a strong arm ogre then your TTM becomes a viable tactic.

I’d go +MA as the team really lacks speed and hopefully that will help keep him out of trouble. Block would help with that too but Ogres should be doing most of the hitting and he’ll still be hit with 3D’s most of the time. I’d save dauntless for a different snot as AG3 is a good at cage breaking as 4.
If you want to throw with him take accurate over pass as it will also reduce the chance of fumbles and you can always use a team re-roll.
Sadly snots can’t get MB, but you could go PO for the sheer comedy value of it. Don't take guard on him as you probbaly don't want him in tackle zones.

Dauntless could be fun.
Throw, blitz Thrower swipe ball.

I think this was under an old ruleset, I'm pretty sure they can these days, but I don't think you'd want to...Sadly snots can’t get MB
+MA for me, although pass block could be fun for the idea of a tiny little snot performing miraculous leaps up into the air to intecept the ball, you'd probably never use it though.

on a normal roll i would take sure feet to improve what he is already tasked to do on this team
on a double i would consider kick off return as one of the biggest challenges in the ogre team is covering all of the possible kick zones and then getting the ball carrier adequately protected.
