He suffered -ag last season. Last game he died. I was actually somewhat ambivalent about his death. I couldn't cut someone with ag4/blodge/guard...but he was 40k bloat. Now I just have to feed the new one TDs if at all possible.
My Khemri post describes that the removal of Thralls is not a sound tactic, but with all that high Ag in your squad along with the speed of the WW you should be able to screen-dash though them. Yeah fouling is something I have learnt the hard way to be selective about, I have previously mentioned my over Zealous nature and this is an area i have vastly improved on, at the end of the day you need to weigh up if the foul will provide more gain than the players position, if unsure play safe. Its sound advice I just need to take heed of it more myself.
Well...my strategy is partly to remove thralls, and partly to force the remaining thralls away from where the vamps want to go. My kill skills should have been sufficient to remove a few last game, but that didn't work. I ended up with a layered cage that my opponent hypno'd threw before I could break a hole in his defense. I don't want to setup for a quick 2/3 score TD as that will probably mean losing 2-1.

Any strategy built around "removing X" is inherently, categorically unreliable.

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

I ended up winning 2-1.

I was able to thin the thrall herd and then position the remaining ones in a poor position for my opponent. I was down 150TV which allowed me to induce a wizard.

He scored a blitz on the first kickoff, which combined with a failed pickup allowed him to score quickly. A riot pushing the clock back allowed me to punish the thralls and score at a leisurely pace to go 1-1 at the half.

The second half I played a conservative defense and waited until he scrambled free with a few players and popped his partial cage with the wizard and was then off to the races - with no thralls anywhere nearby.
