Niggled Dwarf hits lvl6

In my experience, a Niggle on a player with Thick Skull is acceptable. Of course it's not nice to carry cripples on any roster, but this is one that I can tolerate.

It's worth remembering that a Niggled Thick Skull player got the same chance to leave the pitch (ko or cas) as a normal player (say, an Orc).

Not that I'm thrashing dead horses, but this is not quite true. They'll be injured on a 9 as opposed to being KO'ed like a normal player.

I wrote "same chance to leave the pitch", and that's true.
