Resurrection Tournament - Wood Elf or Dark Elf 1,15m TV
What would the Blood Bowl brain trust recommend for a wood elf or dark elf team at 1.15m TV?
Its a resurrection tournament with 3 normal skills or 2 normal skills and 1 double.
I was thinking 2x Wardancer, 1x Catcher, 1xTreeman and 7x lineman with 3 RR and 1 Apothecary. What skills should I choose? Cant choose more than 1 skill per player.
Any ideas for Dark Elves?
Much appreciated!

I have done well with
2 wardancers
4 catchers
5 linemen
3 rerolls
but the tournaments I went to allowed 150k in skills. That allowed me to take Strip Ball, Leader, Sure Hands, and 4 Block. Six Blodge players kept me from getting too hurt. (Other times I have put Block on linemen, both worked for me.)
You have 50k more for build (Apo, Treeman, or RR), but not as many skills to help you keep players on the pitch.
I have seen people argue against taking 4 catchers on 11 man team. They say 2 ST and 7 AV is too vulnerable. I wouldn't take less. Compare lineman to catcher. 20k and losing 1 ST gains 1 MA, Dodge, and Sprint. Playing carefully, Dodge keeps them on the pitch as well as +1 ST. Movement helps me score and control the positioning on the pitch. I don't get to hit my opponents as much, but if WE have to rely on consistent hitting the opponent, they have already lost.
I have not played Dark Elves at tournaments, but I would probably take them under the described conditions. With fewer skills, you can't make the WE buff enough to survive.
4 blitzers
2 witch elves
1 runner
4 linemen
3 RR
1 coach
1 cheerleader
I would give both witch elves Block. I would probably take Guard on a blitzer.

4 blitzers
1 witch elf
7 linemen
2 RR
apo
Can work for Dark Elves, I would block the witch, but the other two skills have a wide choice, dodge, wrestle, guard on a double, tackle etc.

For the three skills on WE, is it a good idea to:
1. Take block on the Catcher
2. Take Mighty Blow on a Wardancer
3. Take block on the Treeman
Or should I go with guard on the Wardancer or the Treeman?
Happy to hear any thoughts!

I'd go block on the Catcher, Tackle or Stripball on a wardancer and maybe wrestle on a lineman.

Ah you are right!! My inexperience shows...
Why wrestle on a Lineman btw? as opposed to maybe guard?

Wrestle, for the block ball carrier or for any other block player, where having them on the floor is important
