Any ideas...

He should be a good catcher and a good thrower. Not sure how to make him, maybe:
8 4 5 8 Block, Dodge, Pass, Catch +Another skill

Not sure though, i'm having problems with this guy

He looks a bit overpowered.
I would do Jeremiah
8 3 5 8, Dodge, Catch, Jump up, Pass, Side step.

I don't think Jeremiah should be strong and agile. Make him normal strength and very agile. Like this, he already rules the place. Maybe he could use a magic helmet??

He was in the BB compendium 2 i think.

I thought he was ultra cool!!!

But you also had to pay 350K for him. He was the most expensive player in the game.

i always thought JKool was a throwing blitzer.
i have developed a player who i think is ideal as a JKool

8 3 4 8, Block, Pass, Guard, Jump Up, Stand Firm

very tasty. plays solid d as well as leading the offence

Any elf team can with only a touch of luck, make your weak version of "J- Kool". How would that be a "living legend"?!?

He has to have S4 to be a legendary blitzer type and block dodge (not that uncomoon in elf teams after a while!) what makes him stand apart is his AG5. he can dodge, pcik up and throw the ball fantastically. However I myself have "home grown" a better dedicated thrower though not with the blitzing prowess of JKool.

BTW i think he also has Sure hands. I remember he was 6 advances up on a blitzer and 7 on a thrower. Assuming a thrower he got

+1MA, +1S, +1AG, Block, Dodge, Hail mary pass, sure hands +something else, i think accurate. (in addition to pass)

Before this new addition of BB I was well on the way to creating 2 superior High elf players who play his position (1 dediacted blitzer 1 dedicated thrower) Both had S4 and AG5!.

Anyway i think the JKool was PERFECTLY done.

Yep, he was, and I happen to have a copy of that mag in front of me. So here's the stats for Jeremiah Cool as they appear in BB Compendium 2 (p. 39):
