Travellers second League starts next week ...

So, my first game is over

.... against a human female Shadowforge team.

Before i start, i just want to tell, that i hate fans of the other team !

... well, just before the game i made a joke to my girlfriend about riots and field invasion, just to tell, a game could be over quite quick.

And, guess what, ... kickoff event 1.turn 1.half: Field invasion

and , guess again... which team was hit ? Oh, yes, right, the human fans stormed the field and here the result, after they left:
2 Lineorcs and the Thrower KO,
1 Lineork hurt ,missing this game
2 Blackorks stunned.

yes, 6 players out or stunned before the game even started.

After desperate delaying with my few remaining orcs in turn 5 first half the girlies scored the 1:0. Do i have to tell, that nobody of KO players want to play after the TD ? Still the remaining orcs kicked two ladies out of the game. One KO and one badly hurt.

But another TD in turn 8 first half... 2:0

Hehooo, 2. Half ! And 10 orcs wanted to play ! All KOs in game again.
BUT... the fans of the humans decided to have fun again on the field ....
another FIELD INVASION !!!

I dont knew, what kind of drugs those fans took, but it was even worse

And again, 6 , yes, SIX (!) players ...
1 BO, the thrower and the gobbo stunned
1 BO KO
1 Blitzer badly hurt, missing this game
1 Blitzer DEAD !

In the next few turns the shocked remaining orcs knocked two more girlies out, badly hurt another one and ... yes, some orc fans were still watching this game... one of the hummies blitzers was giving to the orc fans and was KILLED, yes, KILLED !!

OK, my gobbo visited the human fans aft4er this stunt.

Still ... turn 7 second half , after two dodges, taking the ball out of two tacklezones and two go for its

... the Linewoman scored another TD.

0:3 TDs, 2:0 CAS... one blitzer dead, one gobbo missing the next game, 40k money. What a start into the league.

Hm,there are houserules,so its possible to loan money, 50k are possible... another blitzer to get at last 10 players against my next game against skaven ? Or better a apothecary ?

But we both coachs had a lot of fun and thats still the most importent factor IMO.

BTW... a question. Please tell me, I cant use a apothecary for cas caused by field invasions.

apoc cant be used for off-pitch injuries. would guess pitch invasion same thing but whatever seams fair to your league best option.

You should be able to use the apo on pitch invasions. It's an injury that occurs on the field, after all.

... it will be a skaven team. I´m not sure and i still have to check, but i heart, in his first game he lost, too, and 4 skavens became CAS

That's a difficult choice - beating rats generally requires getting men up or lucky.

See how many he's going to start with and if its more than you then buy the blitzer, otherwise the apoth.

LUCKY.... this word i dont knew any longer after the last game !

In one game two times a double six as kick off event...

So i need some or at last one more player for the skaven !

Those shadowforge girls are real nice minis. I have to order a team, too.

Think long term and buy the apothecary before replacing players. At least Skaven aren't too dangerous...

Kaduc, just bought me a team in local shop

I got also the new support stuff for the nuns team... the drunken monk, too

gaijin.... yep. I bought the apo for the next game. I checked the skaventeam, too. The skavens lost 4:0 with 4 CAS. 2 rats are missing the next game. But still there is this ratogre...

For a league team I will start with high FF (7 or higher)
because you need the fans to earn more money and for the kickoff results too

well, the second game of my league is over.

My 9 orcs ( remember the coffin for my blitzer ?

... and the gobbo stayed at home) against 9 Skaven and a Ratogre.

Well, the game started quite nice... good weather and Bad kick. No Fieldinvasion this time.

Again, my orcs forgot to remove the safety gloves...

... but the Skaven started to send my orcs into their new Dugout.

Turn 6 first half, finaly all skaven were laying on the ground, including the ratogre, some in der bad position, ready to visit the fans

and my blitzer (here looking in the wrong direction) scored in turn 7. 1:0 for the greens.

The coach of the skaven dug into his hidden pockets, got a plan out (realy, he got a small pocketbook with drawings of the pitch

) and after about 10 minutes positioning and repositioning his players, he was ready with his start position and declare, he will do a one turn TD now

And he did it !! After using my Blackorc to pushback his gutterrunner two times ( thats the first time i hoped, that my BO will fall... please, just a POW, not again a push back!

) and dodging two times and going two go for its the gutter runner scored 1:1 ... wow ! well done !

Second half started with a blitz ( for me

) and for him with a seriously hurt rat ! Well, his apo helped the wounded ... still the only cas of this game. After some trouble my blitzer... the same one, who scored the 1.TD and did the Cas... scored again, turn 7 second half . 2:1

Ok, i got 80.000 , so i will buy my third blitzer. My hero blitzer will get a skill. Hm, i dont knew yet, what i will take. The teams, i have to play the next games, are two Humans, one Skaven, one Dwarfs and one Norse. I though about "Strip Ball ". After the first game my Thrower got "Accurate".

Next game against Dwarfs ...
