Why not let the other guy get side fall ??? What is the purpose in giving the g 5 guy sidestep to protect him when you are not going to skill him with anything threatening ?

This guy is Aces at leaping in. He should strip ball.

And two move 8 leaping strip ballers is not "overkill" or "overloading on a skill" anyway...

Wardancers are always targets, and they both should cover each other's play in my opinion. If he's not going to strip ball, then he should be leaping in after to extract the ball with sure hands... To pass is out to the catcher for a score...

But that is just how I play I guess.

And a passing skill in the Vault so either way its a double and IMO a wasted one since it doesnt help with pick ups and will AG5 catching shouldnt be a problem even in TZ's.

If your in the Vault Id go for Fend (or Dauntless, though as you say this may limit his life expectancy). LRB Its not so easy... probably Sure Hands or Step asside.

Doubles Id take MB. You are gonna be hitting with this guy more often than anyone else, might as well rack up the Cas and reduce the man advantage whilest retrieving that ball.

With leap and ag 5, he can already take the ball out of the cage with good chances, until the ball is in three tackle zone at the same time. Which has one chance out of eight to happen. My other WD has already sidestep (since he'll be likely to be left in a cage). Blodge and sidestep is IMO the best defence combo you can get, and sidestep is pretty usefull in a melee, you can decide to go wherever you want to assist blocks or whatever you want. One of my favorite skills as I said!

Sure hand or sidestep first? Hard to chose, but I think it'll be sidestep ...

I don't know, 8357 block dodge leap is pretty threatening to me!

the point is that he is going to be a very useful player for a very long time, and he'd be VERY difficult to replace if anything ever went wrong.

therefore, things that keep him alive longer are a good thing.

conclusion: sidestep.

Ah ... something nice just happened to me, I managed to get another AG5 player, a line-elf with block. :)

With these two, I think I'll be able to do something real good :)

I'm going to give Leap to my line-elf, but if you have any better idea I'm open to suggestions :P

League composition doesn't really make a dedicated interceptor worth it.
