I'd also go for Block and Tackle first for doubles.

Well, my rolling is not typical as my propensity for doubles on key players is both envied and hated in my league. I can't break armor but I sure can roll skills.
Anyway, my first roll was a double so I took Block. My second skill was a normal skill and that's when I took Break Tackle. Even if you aren't going to use it for the blitz being able to reposition him is a huge benefit.

Sometimes the blitz is worth it just to see your opponent's face. In my last game, my orc oppoennt apparent ly forgot that the Krox could move 6 and left the ball carrier all alone 5 squares away. In that case, I'm happy to burn a reroll to clobber a guy and casue the turnover.

In fact, the more I think about it, my games are feast or famine with Bonehead and either I pass it all the time or I burn a lot of rerolls on it. Thankfully, I have enough rerolls and the rest of the team is developed enough to be able to do that.
