There is almost no reason to ever keep a -ST (except for ST1 Snotlings who shrug it off cause they're rock hard.) Especially not a Ghoul who's only got Block.

Ditch him, get a new one and score twice with him next match. Voila, you've hardly lost a beat and he's better than the original. Improved Replacement.

I would also definitly sack that ghoul! The ghouls were the last players to enter my team and to be honest I didn't really miss them much. But a -St ghoul is worthless. He's like a human catcher without Catch and less movement. He isn't even the fastest member of your team.

In addition I would have choosen Kick as a skill for one if the zombies much earlier. It really works great, especially as more than half of the team is so slow.

Thanks for the advice.

For my next match the -1 ST Ghoul is MNG so I will try to play on the rookie as much as possible. There are 12 players on my roster right now, I still miss one FG, and my TV is due to a delayed start and a couple of deaths lower by about 30 than the other teams. I was thinking as having the -1 Ghoul as an expendable LoS or reserve player, though for the 90K I could induce Hack Enslash...

Skip Hack-n-slash....

Spend an extra 10k and get an Igor....

I wouldn't do that.
First, as a necro coach you already have the perfect LOS player, your Zombies. Second, if you have that ghoul on the LOS you waste a high movement player (of which you don't have that much) there. Third, if you put a St 2 player ( with AV 7) there, your opponent doesn't even have to put up four of his players to get 2D blocks against your entire LOS. This is something you definitly don't want in order to bind as many people as possible.

You know, that a MNG player does not count for team value, so you already could induce Hack 'n Slash

Igor is always the first on my list...

OK, I'll drop the Ghoul then. Count me persuaded. :D

I'm still trying to find a suitable style of offense for the team, I played just 6 matches with Necros (5 of which in my league). I'm finding I'm better in defense and I'm still unsure about suitable offense skills. I'll post a query when I'm advancing and unsure - though I found also other useful topics and the FUMBBL is also good source of inspiration (especially the replay match feature).
