Even though they could pick up stand firm on a normal roll? Not saying you're wrong - just interested because guard, blodge, stand firm is so good.

I would say Stand Firm + Guard is great.

But Side Step + Guard has it's own very awesome merits too.

I´d go for the sidestep guard combo ... sooo much cooler to use.

"No, he steps right back into the fray, ruining your next block!"

So I got his skill and waddoya know it's a double!!!
So not havimg guard already on the player would you go side step or dodge? Dodge will protect him, but side setp will make him atactical menace to the other teams

Paint from a dark jade colour upwards with various increasing highlights of added white, then a glaze/wash of jade into the cracks just to tie it together, you don't want an even transition as it wouldn't be that smooth naturally. If you really want to go the whole nine yards then adding a few areas of copper/brass paint to it (to represent areas where the oxidising has been chipped away) is the perfect finish. The wights actually have that on them now, but I've not updated the photos I took yet as I need to finish 1 Werewolf, 1 Flesh Golem and a couple more Zombies first.

As for Dodge vs Side Step, it's really up to you how you want to use him. But with it being a very early roll, Dodge is probably better as then you could aim for Block, Dodge, Guard, Stand Firm. Which is a seriously irritating mobile, guard assist.

I gave guard both to my wights, and my opponents says they are really pain in the .ss. (right after the claw+MB wolves  ). They are very usefull when you need opening a hole in the defense of the enemy, and when you have a hole, your ghouls and/or wolves can score a TD fast enough not to attract the opponents other guards.
