Then I did better than I thought. ;) (Damn it, haven't updated the TeamCreator files from PBBL1.10, when GR were 90k.)

Perhaps I took 2 throwers and 2 FF?
Or maybe no throwers, another lino and a FF.

I guess I'll have to see if I can find the roster sheet. The digital copy is on the (currently dead) laptop.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I like to have a thrower. But having an ogre, 4 runners, 2 blitzers, 1 thrower, 3 rerolls and 12 rats is impossible.
So is it stupid to have only 1 blitzer?

Roster would be
1 RO
4 GR
1 BL
1 TH
5 linies
3 rr
3 ff

Depends on how you play and on the tourney rules. Personally I think the vermin are essential because without them the risk of blocking turnovers is too big. However, if this is for the Brassbowl (which I think it is) then you might consider dropping one as you get lotsa skills so can afford to take block on linerats.
I don't see why you would need a thrower. Only reason I would take a thrower in a tourney is so that I'd have access to leader. Your runners are better at throwing the ball because of higher MA and AG. Sure hands is nice against strip ball but the lightning fast gutters can easily stay out of strip balling reach.

Yes, this is for Brassbowl. So maybe you can tell me all about it there when we meet in the first match :D

Passing is my kind of game, but after three times with my high elves I want to try something else. And for some reason casualties is not my cup of tea.

Skaven play is about quick passing and handoffs with the runners. The thrower is too slow and too risky (Ag 3) for that.
And with every team you'll want to make as many 2-die blocks as possible. If you can get a numbers advantage with the agility teams then the game is pretty much won.
See you in Oostende! :)

Oh yes, they're worth every bit of TV. They may go roar for 5 turns and depend on Black Orcs blocking them for causing any mayhem, but that prehensile tail is very welcome for tying up amazons.
