Yup. rerolls and beastmen. With no skills you're gonna need 4-5 rerolls, and enough beastmen to make sure even when you are getting outbashed (av8 = it happens) you're not outmanned on the pitch.
The mino's your choice whether or not to take. Some coaches hate them. Some love them. If you do take one, it should probably be the last thing on your list.

Buy the most expensive of the two that you can afford. Once you have 60k-110k, grab the Beastman. If you go from, say, 50k to 120k after one game, then buy the RR instead. The RR is better than the Beastman, but you want both and the Beastman is better than 60k in inducements early on (especially against teams about your level), and if he helps you win now, winning now gets you winnings later.
Five RRs is a luxury purchase for a veteran team – by the time you can afford that fifth RR, you probably won't need it. Once you have four Re-Rolls, you should go for another reserve (a Minotaur if you like; I agree with the above post on their being optional but worthwhile as a 13th or 14th player). Chaos teams hit hard, but when it doesn't work they often get roughed up. The first two benchwarmers are a must for Chaos, and a third (14th) might be worth his weight in inducements.
Oh, and on your Beastmen, it's fun and effective to get cute with Mutations and all, but get a couple guys with Block early, as it'll save lives. Not Wrestle, not Juggernaut (those are ok too), but Block. Block. Block. Sorry if it sounds boring. Block.

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

Righty ´Oh.
what? I dont need block?
What about a foul/dirty player beastman? Is it worth it to actually make a single beastman into a dirty player? kicking dudes that fall down and so on?
piling on dosnt affect fouling right?
but something like:
dirtyplayer/pro/shadowing or two heads - sneaky git on double

LRB5? Don't bother with a Dirty Player BM. Dirty Player is great when you have 14 guys and your DP is so cheap it's always worth it to take out your opponent's best guy. BMs are too expensive to be able to bank on that. Terribly unfortunate; in the old days, Chaos teams were among the best foulers, as they could drop an opponent most of the time even if they couldn't work out an assist, then run in and foul him with another guy.
My understanding is that pretty much only DP and Sneaky Git work on fouls.

I looked at your opposition from your initial post. Maybe a DP late-season would be worthwhile if you're concerned about Necro, Dwarf or Wood Elf teams -- those are three of the best teams to foul. No hurry, though, as you have much more important stuff to buy and your skill selections come at a big fat premium.
But yeah, you have the idea. 60k plus 20k for DP is too much to pay for a fouler... not a lot too much, but too much to sound good. The best DPs out there of all are Hobgoblins, as they're nimble enough to get in position and cheap enough to replace easily.
