Yeah, you'll probably get more CAS that way, but is it really the best for the team? The rerolls you'll spend to reroll the blocks because you lack block might/will cost you other SPP's from td's, and matches. If you save a re roll, and orchestrate 2 dice hits...you should get the next skill up pretty quick if you already have mighty blow.
