Just don't focus on OTS : skavens have many other ways to win.
Every time when skaven +MA and Sprint comes up somebody says something like this.

Compare two skaven teams that are identical in all terms, but:

a) the other team has a GR with +MA and Side step
b) the other team has a GR with +MA and Sprint.

Who'd you bet would be more likely to win any given game?

Considering that the team A :
_ can field 4 GR at the same time since it doesn't have a 130k+ benchwarmer
_ have a great blodging sidesteper that : can get out of trouble quite easily, is ready to take any opportunities, and is very annoying for your opponent when you're defending (especially if he get Tackle/DT/Shadowing next)
_ still have good chances for OTS
_ have a coach who seems more oriented toward a large victory, rather than a 1 TD win

Then i'd say team a will score more TD, while taking less
when team B is more likely to win or draw some hard matches.

Now only coaches and dices will really make a difference in this situation.
