Jump up! Then SF when you get to 51.

Dodge is probably more sensible though.

I still love Dodge on my Blockers...especially if they get Guard and Stand Firm as well. I think we had that argument at Eurobowl though.

Based on what I have seen in practice, I think this is a classic case where both development strategies are equally valid (lots of Dodge vs. no Dodge). I think it's more a matter of taste and playing style. The experience level of the coach might also have some bearing on it.
