Skink with Block gets a double

I don't really foul. Not that I don't like nor don't want to, but most of my skinks have one skill, and I rarely find an opportunity to try to foul with a player valued at 100k against something valuable. If/when it happens I will, but it's been rare... very rare. I find fouling easier with teams which linos cost 40k or less.
