Blood Bowl game - $60
Cost of a Human Team - $40
The look on your opponents face as his one-turn scorer gets taken down by a thrown rock from the fans – Priceless.

I wouldn't be too hard on people that don't understand jokes like that and take seriously things like the Fumbbl Hall of Fame.Mirascael wrote:Well, with such reasons for Hall of Fame nominations over at fumbbl I wouldn't be too hard on him.Captain1821 wrote:I'd like to nominate the following coaches:
kapten1197, because he is my brother and he kicks asses with his new Chaos Pact team.
I bet you would feel really honored to see yourself voted in the hole of Fame. It would be the biggest achievement of your life.

So, I'll give you a chance by nominating you for that so important thing! LMAO!

Would everyon stop flaming each other no matter who you are?
Claws/RSC is an effective way of winning a game and causing your team to be hated. You inflict massive pain and then move on.
Other ways work too. Tentacles, Stand Firm, Frenzy, dauntless etc. All very effective means of progression. It doesn't matter if you prefer this over others its your perogative.
Stop fighting over which is better the only way to determine that is to give 2 equal coaches one team each and have them play a 2/3 match set up. That is the only way to determine it.
And Yes I do consider my skills and such "work" No I wasn't diging a hole. But it is important understand that I am not a person to.
Pay 50+American Dollars on a team.
Hours and more money to paint them.
15 American Dollars to enter a league.
Hours playing the games trying to win.
Then have for no apparant reason my guy die. For the sake of having him killed.
I worked to get that piece, those skills. Why does a guy have to deliberately try to kill him? I do the same thing sometimes. But sometimes its discourageing damn my guy died.

I wasnt underestimating. All i was trying to say was Captain is a very strong player and your remarks seemed to think there would be no contest! Your remark may have been in jest, i cant tell because stuff is easily misinterpreted on the net as we all know

I have heard tales of a Battletech tourney that did destroy the carefully painted minis when they were destroyed in the game. Large hammers and cheering crowds were involved. It was in Canada, so beer was probably involed too.

I want to enter a new team in our Q-pool. It is an open league system. I thought about Chaos because it is the total opposite to my WE team. The only worry I have is that I don't find lots of teams want to play my Chaos team.
How is your experience with that?

If your team has many claws/RSC then your team is not for an open league. It is normal that people don't wanna play that kind of teams. Try to find a close league for claw/RSC Chaos.PLATYPUS wrote:I want to enter a new team in our Q-pool. It is an open league system. I suspect Chaos are in the SWL bash category - so you might find it awkward to get them promoted into the regionals if its a one in one out. It might be worth discussing the season 10 rules with Clay now, so you don't spend time getting that team up to strength and then find you can't get promoted.PLATYPUS wrote:I want to enter a new team in our Q-pool. Once you are in the regionals it doesn't matter since its a fixed schedule.

Plat, given that qpool only goes to TR150 - you won't have a problem getting games for your Chaos. Ian is right on the trying to get promotion part, but I suspect your long history with the woodies might give you a headstart in terms of being allowed to play a bashy team higher up.
SWL is a reasonably bashy league even in qpool, so the usual claw/rsc restrictions don't apply so much.
My advice though is if you intend them to be a backup for your Conference team, that you don't go overboard and play too many games. I'd try and keep at least 12, preferably 13 players. If playing a game is likely to take you over that limit, I'd say stop.
