MANY MANY NAMES...

Post by CplSaint »

Some very dodgy puns among my old human team, The Badland Brawlers...
Allun Czearer, Team Captain
Carl 'Bobo' Olsen, Archie Lee Moore and Henry Armstrong (All sadly departed Prizefighters, no jokes here [Arguably, there aren't any 'jokes' anywhere in my team's names! ])
Francis Spencer, with his little beret
Jaques Niklsen, with his Batman t-shirt
Rocky Marciano (Groan)
Vicious Jones (Double Groan)
Sven Svensensensen, who's a rather nifty linesman!

As for the Ashdown Crawlers, my current Skaven team;
Rolando the Star Gutter Runner (An amalgam of Ronaldo the Brazilian Football player and Roland Rat, dodgy 80's puppet DJ.)

And then there's the Nu Delly Diamondbacks, my up-and-coming Lizardmen. As anyone knows, Lizardmen make for the easiest silly names!
Pepzi-Khola
Ittim-Widastik
Apiti Thafoo, Saurus Blocker, with an addtional AV 'cause of his Chains... (Teehee!)
Rolipoli
Twitchigit
Lukkiebega
Cola-Botl
Ezi-Peazi
Stikitofi
Jammi-Dhodja
Yoo-Too

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

A good name for a player who scores a lot of TD's could be called for
"T-Diddy" (like P-Diddy(puff daddy's new name for those who don't know)). A great name I think.

I had one Dwarf on a team with his name painted on the back, or at least his last name. Problem was his name was Garok Varokroksenrok. :smoking:

I'm not so inventive, but have a weak spot for some of my old Orcs. Players like Noff-Noff, Donk, Torak Nosesmasher and Vobar Steelboot were popular. And of course, the much feared "Flashy" Woger, a lineboy who had taken a hit too many and had a tendency to never fail dodges. He was also quite good at long bombs though he never got anything else than +1 MA. I roleplayed him a bit. He thought he was a blitzer and my opponents hated him when he got to the action. Dodge, dodge, pick up, dodge, pass long bomb. Sadly the recievers rarely caught it

He was named from the "Life of Brian" movie. :P

Regarding Varokroksenrok, I had a "dash" after the Varokroks...and continued his name on his butt...

If I do create him for a dwark team again, I'll instead do a minor custom job so that his "nametag" extends off him...usable for clothslines...
