The Minotaur in my Chaos Team had to roll for a mutation cos thats the way we do mutations. He got Spikes. I don't know whether to choose Spikes or Block as a new skill instead.

Leader? Is it his 1st?

Pro or Leader maybe to reroll those double skulls and skull + skull/pows? Spikes definitely would increase life-span of your mino but it depends on what you favour.

Pro ofcourse.

Well, with the current WA rules definitely, with the upcoming rules i am not really sure.
I would never go for spikes. block, leader, pro is all better, it makes him more reliable

Straight choice between Block & Spikes? On a rookie Mino? I'd take Block because I'd betting you don't have a leader yet.

Get him pro. I would say tentacles, but if Spikes are the only mutation he can get, go for pro. Block as next skill and he'll be real good.

Not sure what rules your using, but if the choice is Block or Spikes, then Block.

If its a Double, Pro. More use than leader here as you'll need to use it every other turn for Wild Animal failures.

if it has to be a mutation and you have the choice then Tentacles to stop them dodging away from you leaving the Wild Animal out of Tackle Zones

I have to agree with most of the above. If your ONLY choice is between spikes and block, then there's no choice - take block.

However, since you rolled doubles, you should be able to take a trait. I'd go for Pro, or perhaps Stand Firm (frenzy people off the pitch, then stand there safely on the sidelines). I do like Pro to deal with the WA rolls, though. Either one of those would be a good choice.
