I've only played Norse a couple of times, but I would recommend getting rid of a lineman and trying to get an additional re-roll. Also, the Minotaur seems to be really unreliable, at least early on ... so it might be better to go without the big guy until your team gets a little more developed, then they might be better equipped to deal with the Mino's wild side.
Other than that, it looks good to me. Good luck.

The best players on your team are the Blitzers. I would maximize them. I would definately trade in the Minator for another blitzer. I have had a lot of luck establishing the run, and then developing the passing game. So I would personaly trade in the thrower and Catchers for linemen, and use the saved points to buy the 4th blitzer. Then as things progress you can buy the catchers first, and then the throwers. But thats just me.

Don't take the Minotaur ever. Use an Ogre - IMO you really need that extra AV on the LoS. Throwers are a luxury in a starting team; they don't have Sure Hands, so you don't need to take them. If you are not having a Thrower, you don't need Catchers either, as they don't have Dodge.
1 Ogre
3 Blitzers
7 Linemen
3 rerolls
FF 8
... might work.

There is nothing wrong with taking a minotaur at all.
Most people including myself feel that the ogre is more reliable overall and try to express these views to others. The minotaur does have frenzy however, which make him very hard to pass up.
Personally, I think that the minotaur fits in great with the concept of the Norse team as well as Chaos so I don't have a problem with starting up a team with him.
The new model is especially cool looking.

Right heres my second attempt at a norse team.
3x blitzers
8x linemen
1x minotaur
2x rerolls
8x fanfactor
Leaving me with 20k in the back.
What do you think?

Remove a lino, buy a 3rd RR and go FF 9. You'll really need those RRs with MA 6 and AG 3 on everyone and no skills suchs as Sure Hands, Pass, Catch, Dodge, Sure Feet etc. And you'll roll 3 or more doubleskulls a half regularly. Personally I'd rather start with 2 catchers to get some highly coveted AG-skills ASAP (Dodge, Side Step, Diving Tackle). Actually I'd even start with 2 throwers, but that's just me. Anyhow, 2 RRs simply isn't enough for this team.

3 double skulls in a half regulary? That's a 1 in 36 roll, and nobody throws 108 blocks in a half. 3 double skulls in a game is unusual, in my experience.

OK, then perhaps it's just me. Rolled 15 snake-eyes/doubleskulls in a game once.
