he has block, guard, and mighty blow,
my thoughts without doubles are tackle or strip ball or sure hands,
leaning towards tackle,
any suggestions?

I don't like very much sure hands for an aggressive player.
Having mighty blow, that guy is made to gain from knocking opponents down, hence tackle may be more adapted.
Yet it is very useful to have one or two 'fast' players in your team with strip ball.
Conclusion: tackle is my favourite, but strip ball is very very close. Your call.
