Advice needed on two starting rosters.

just hoping that someone can help me out really as I'm having touch of trouble picking starting line ups for my teams. Basically I'll be playing a league and I'll be using two teams.
The first are the necromantic team which I used in last years league, although i found it really difficult to play. i think I made some serious errors in my starting line up and there fore payed for it dearly later on. My best players was a Zombie with Black and Strip Ball, although I did have a Blodge ghoul as well. Oh and a Wight with dodge as well. Well it was my first season.
The second team I want to use is the Pro Elves for a bit of variety.
So on to the rosters.
Necromancer
After trying to figure out where i went wrong last season (1 FG, 1 WW, 2 G, 2 W rest zombies, FF8, 2 RR) I decided that I needed to get the more expensive position type players first and then fit in with some Wights later on once I'd generated a bit of cash.
2 Flesh Golems - I want these to stand on the LOS and bash things, hopefully a pari will work better than the one I had before.
1 Ghoul I wanted to use this fella to throw the ball to the Werewolves. i'd figured that using the ream re-rolls if he fluffed his pass would help here and with the wolves having catch I figured it'd be easier for me to score, as I had trouble scoring in my previous season.
2 Werewolves - hopefully these guys will be my scoring strike force. i only used one last time and he got mugged badly most games so I though two would be better as they'd be twice the threat. I hope.
1 Wight - To bolster the LOS by backing up the Golems and hopefully will turn him in to a blitzer to get at any threatening opposition players.
6 Zombies - Cannon Fodder on the LOS and in the wide zones. With AV8 they were pretty tough last time and I hope they can stand up to the same amount of punishment as before.
Fan factor 4 and 2 re-rolls.
Pro Elves
I like the models for these guys and remind me of the elf team I had when i was a kid, plus they're different form the other teams in my league.
This goes along the lines of.
2 blitzers - To get through the opposition line and cause a distraction and hopefully catch a pass or two to score.
2 Catchers - To get through the holes left by the blitzers or any spaces in the defence and run in some fast/easy touch downs.
1 Thrower - Avoid getting mangled and get the ball down field to any recieving player whcih makes it through alive.
6 Line Elves - Cannon fodder. hold the other guys up, get in the way, try not to die to often.
Fanfactor 5 and 2 re-rolls.
The other teams in my league are probably going to be chaos, orcs, lizardmen, a couple of human teams, skaven, and a HE team.
Anyway thanks in advance and any advice would be appreciated including specifics on how to use Werewolves, reading here they seem to be viewed a s real threat but mine just kept getting scragged.
Cheers.
