Solid Orc Blitzer

Post by Mortalman »

I seem to mainly generate solid teams rather than star players, but by dint of rolling the only doubles and stat increases in the 'Mob, the following star was born:

Grishnakh Bigfang: 6 4 3 9 Block, Dodge.

Not that advanced I'll admit, but S4 and dodge on an Orc blitzer made him the scourge of the league. He regularly teamed up with my defensive specialist 'The Shark' to produce the only team in our store to average more TDs on defence than on offence. One of the reasons he only has two advances is that I tried to limit his SPPs after his second increase becasue I wanted to spread them around for the good of the team, and I was worried of aging.

"Oh King! Very nice! And how d'you get that then?"

That blitzer is pretty much as good as you can get after 2 advances, I know what you mean about not wanting him to age. My two undead Mummies are on 3 and 2 skills respectfully (both block/guard one with side step) and I am now wincing when they score casualties :o :D . I just can't afford them to age!

Whenever he does age, I'd give him Sure Hands on a normal roll. A ball carrier like that is worth a lot... :D
