Wardancer ?

A wood elf team with no tackle rolled a movement increase on a wardancer.
do you take the movement or take tackle to have a tackler on the team. He already has shadowing and sidestep. The other wardancer on the team has no skills.
each team he faces has a couple of dodgers.

Personally I think Wardancers move fast enough already, although +1 MV can make them even more annoying
So I'd take tackle on that Wardancer, especially considering he already has side step and shadowing. A nasty combination all round IMO.
And I'd pick up tackle for the other Wardancer for his first skill to give added flexibility when facing those opposition dodgers... honestly, strip ball may be a better option for the 2nd wardancer but I have a soft spot for tackle
Oh, and I don't coach a lot of Wood Elf teams so my suggestions come with that waiver of responsibility

I've got a MBBL2 WD that rolled increased MA twice .. MA10 on a WD is awesome, no one expects that speed from him .. similar with MA9 btw ..

I'd take the MA, it makes him even better at going for that backfield thrwoer after you've kicked. Take tackle on the other WD as a first skill (if you keep it in mind that one should have a skill after 1 game).

I think that's a bit of a tough one. +1ma and shadowing go very well together, so I might go for the extra movement.
I would have not given him either side step or shadowing but tackle or strip ball instead in the first place, but I guess it's probably best to be consistent with your skill increases, so yes, +1ma.
Make sure you other WD increases ASAP to give him tackle or strip ball though. And By the time the first WD (hopefully) reaches 51 SPP, give him the other offensive skill that the second WD did not get, i.e. strip ball or tackle.

I think you'll be surprised how effective MV 9 on a warprancer is. That you already have
Shadowing is a bonus.

His other wardancer was the tackler at the time...but he perished and now has a rookie wardancer.

I would choose the +MA.

take the +MA. An ma9 blodging sidestepper with shadowing can really be a pain to deal with.
After the next game, hopefully your other wardancer will have gotten tackle.

Movement! I´d take it ALL THE TIME, having shadowing is a nice extra! Let the other WD take tackle or give it to this guy later on.
