Team Development in Tournies

Hi,

just wondering ... why is there no tread (or none that I can find) on starting team setup and development for tournament play?

Although tourny-rules tend to vary (100TR <-> 110TR, etc.) there must be some things that less experienced players (like me) can learn from the tournament buffs that visit TBB. I would like to see some starting rosters that people use, and what skills they add during tournaments.

On the off chance that my search missed an existing tread on the topic, maybe it could be made sticky?
