hello all,

i just finished playing a game with my lizzies and one of my saurus rolled a double, he already has block and i have two others with guard. i was going to go give him break tackle before the roll but now im not so sure, should i ignore the double and go with my original plan? or take stand firm or something else? any opinions would be appreciated.

Take stand firm if there's another saurus getting a skill soon. You'll need break tackle for one or two to quarentee mobility. If no-one is at 4-5 spps then waste the double.

hi vero,

yeah thats the problem, none of the others are really that close to a roll, so i was thinking of wasting the roll because break tackle on another may be a few games away.

i think you need one frenzy player. for the other doubles, go stand firm or sidestep.

I prefer 5 .. Norse :D

Frenzt on a ST4 player is even more scary, take it ..

I would take standfirm.
So you can try a dodge roll wothout the fear of causing a turnover.

Frenzy for your first double, just to force your opponent to set his players 2 squares away from the bound.
For the next doubles I would choose stand firm or dodge.

Frenzy IMO. MA6 & S4 makes him a scary bugger. Break Tackle next for some mobility.

If you really don't want Frenzy I'd take Stand Firm next - followed by BT or Guard.

Frenzy makes him a monster! :D Stand Firm is very cool too though... if he can eventually add Break Tackle to that, even better. Planning a second advance for a Saurus is VERY long term though... I'd plump for Frenzy, as it is immediately useful, and has a massive psychological power over your opponent. :)

One more for Frenzy

I have a team with 2 block/frenzy Saurus, and it really does make your opponent think twice. St4, M6, throwing 2 blocks is a scary scary proposition.
