Ag5 and StrongArm

Rolled another double.

Next game is the all important final against Dwarfs.

Nerves of steel or SafeThrow?

:o :o :o
Nerves of Steel? What would he want with that?

I do not know the teams involved, but I'd strongly recommend to consider Leap here (why would you want to throw within opposing tacklezones with NoS when you can leap out there easily instead).

If the dorfs make but one "unfortunate" ball handling error and a leaping AG 5 thrower is nearby then it can very easily result in a "GG THX NO RE"-play! :D

I would also go for leap. But he rolled a double and when he don't want to waste the double he could go for NoS.

But as Mirascael described, there a lots of situations, when leap would be a real pain for the opponent. An AG5 thrower that gets his hands on the ball can easily pass the ball to a safe position or a player who can score a touchdown.

I would think about guard.
With Ag 5 he would be a great reinforcement for your blocking game.
He may easily dodge into 2 tackle zones and will give you the needed assists.
And if you really play like a DE the handoff game would be seen more often than the long pass game.

If the upcoming game wasn't that important, I'd actually suggest Guard (imagine an AG 5 leaping Guard Thrower). :D

I really fail to see why an AG 5 player would want NoS. Perhaps I still don't understand the awkward rules with regard to fumbles.

I might consider NoS on AG 3 / AG 4 throwers occasionally, but it appears wasted to me on any other player.

an ag5 pass player will spend most of their passing i would expect... maybe moving sometimes.
safe throw is next great skill to permit you to long bomb over the top and score. leap on the other hand helps how?

on defense if you put out an ag5 strong arm player without block - expect to get him hit hard! maybe he best on offense only
