Hi, I want some suggestion what to do with my team. I had bad luck with it in our league and got killed 3 chaos warriors and minotaur during 2 games. Also 2 of my players do not roll for aging well so I end with 3 nigglings.

Here is team Cockerel: (10 players now, with warrior MnM)
1. Warrior - block, guard, AV 8
2. mino - guard
3. Beastmen - block, MB, niggling (aging)
4. Beastmen - block, claws, +2 MA, 2 nigglings (both from aging)
5. Beastmen - block, tackle
6. Beastmen - block, sure hands, +1 AG
7. Beastmen - dirty player
8. Beastmen - guard
9. Beastmen - kick
10. Beastmen - block, tackle

TR: 154
treasury: 70k
FF: 8
RR: 3
assistant coaches: 1
cheerleaders: 2
apothecary

Team was preety good untill that 3 deaths in 1 match with apothecary not saving :((.

I like the team, because I developed it slowly with keeping in mind to distribute SPP among whole team. I'm thinking about what next. should I play just with low TR which will hopefully do not hurt me much and save gp for warriors or buy beastmens? Or scrap whole team and start again ? Or retire beastment with 2 nigglings (he have 56 SPP - so rises my TR high but does not play ussually :()?

Any good advices will help.

I'd buy a beastman now. You need bodies.

I'd live with the single niggled player. The double niggled I'd replace after getting enough money to buy new beastman or warrior.

you might want to NOT buy a mino again if he'd happen to be hurt/killed. if you want a BG, a troll is what you need to soak up damage, and i strongly advertise to run chaos without a BG.

Think your chaos has trouble. take a look at the stats on these miss-shapen and unlucky elves:

Wardancer 8 3 4 7 Leap, Block, Dodge, Pro
Lineman 7 3 4 7 Dodge, Block n
Lineman 7 3 4 7 Block m
Thrower 7 3 4 7 Pass, SureHands, Accurate, Catch n
Lineman 7 3 4 7 Block n, n
Lineman 7 3 3 7 Block -ag
Lineman 8 3 5 6 +AG, +MA -av, n, n
Treeman 2 6 1 10 Mighty Blow, Thick Skull, Take Root, Throw Team Mate, Big Guy, Stand Firm
Catcher 9 2 5 7 Catch, Dodge, +AG, Sure Hands, Pro n
Wardancer 8 3 4 7 Leap, Block, Dodge, Pro

6 games on the trot they have been trying to recover and their last match my opponent just went plain dirsty an fouled all over the place - killing 2 more and SI another even whn I was down to 2 men and he was 2 TD up they were all surrounded he kept on fouling for no rhyme or reason. I agree with fouling at times but thats just plain bad sportsmanship. Especially with no gain.

Suirprised my treeman survived when he surrounded him with 8 men and simultaniously fouled him over and over until he was ko'd in the last few turns.

ahhh well some coaches just need to get their own team kicked when they are down before they learn what the game should be about!

I would fire someone and rehire a beastman. Just try to keep the team alive. Niggles will kill you.

IMO that's a broken team

My dwarven team beaten up from skaven.

I had two dead and two serious injured player...
This team didn't lose a game. But the next is lost if I cannot find a team like mine.

1. Lb guard St+1
2. Lb guard
3. Lb Ag+1
4. Lb guard
5. Lb nothing
6. Lb nothing
7. Bl MA+1, Strip Ball MNG
8. Bl Stand Firm, guard
9. Ru Ag+1, Dodge, Sure feet
10.Ru St+1, block
13.Lb nothing

Player 11 and 12 were my both slayers who died or are an assistent coach through MNG and a niggling.
even flings can beat this team...

TR is 152, 5 Rerolls and FF 11 and there are 40k in the bank....

You are kidding right dendron...

you have 1 AG4, 3 AG3 and 2 ST4, and 4 guards...

the fact that you are only fielding 10 players ain't going to hurt to much because of that guard, and the 8 lots of AV9

This team is VERY good for TR 152, especially as the 5 RR will forgive double skulls.

Thanks all that do not cryed about their teams and gave some good advices. I played match with necromatic team TR 129 and recovered a bit. I won 2:1 and 2:0 on casualities, won 70k gp and also my FF rised by 1 :). I think that recieving first helped me a lot (I took out 2 opponent players in my first round  ) I think that after next match it will be even better and team will stand on its feets again.

Here is team Cockerel: (11 players now)
1. Warrior - block, guard, AV 8
2. Warrior
3. Beastmen - block, MB, niggling (aging)
4. Beastmen - block, claws, +2 MA, 2 nigglings (both from aging)
5. Beastmen - block, tackle
6. Beastmen - block, sure hands, +1 AG
7. Beastmen - dirty player
8. Beastmen - guard
9. Beastmen - kick
10. Beastmen - block, tackle
11. mino - guard

TR: 165
treasury: 40k
FF: 9
RR: 3
assistant coaches: 1
cheerleaders: 2
apothecary

I will fire out 2n player after next match probably and buy new beastman or warrior (depending on amount of money I win).

@Alesdair

No I'm not kidding. You didn't see my dices. I think I can score one touchdown for sure. But the faster team will score two times because they have more players on the field and they can out run me. So I still think that I will use the next game against a good coach.

Well My Team went from bad to worse:

Pheonix Storm Wardancer 8 3 4 7 Leap, Block, Dodge, Pro, Strip Ball, Sure Hands
2 Solar Flare Catcher 9 2 4 7 Catch, Dodge + M, N
4 Sunburst Catcher 9 2 4 7 Catch, Dodge, Sure Hands + N
6 Eaglett Thrower 7 3 4 7 Pass, Sure Hands, Accurate, Catch, Hail Mary Pass + N
8 Hydrais Lineman 7 3 3 7 Block -AG
0 Autumn Firestorm Treeman 3 6 2 10 Mighty Blow, Thick Skull, Take Root, Throw Team Mate, Big Guy, Stand Firm, +AG, +MA
11 Swiftwind Catcher 9 2 6 7 Catch, Dodge, +AG, Sure Hands, Pro, +AG + N

Lost my 2nd wardancer then continued to lose a player a match...usually the player without the niggles and can only now afford a player every 2 matches due to ill fortune and lost FF.

Worse still I tried to scrap them and start again and guess what - 2 elf teams both had 2 deaths and a SI on first game. Think Elves are not my thing despite loving their abilities!

I wonder how are you playing your team. My experience said that you have to avoid blocks at your players as much as it gets. dodge away with players with dodge (or when there are more than 1 player next to you)and block (with meaning to push back 1:1) put worst injured players on the LOS. Winning is not always best way how to keep team running ;) so you can also try not to win for all costs (when you get the ball just run and not score touch down untill 8th turn)

the only blocks a woodelf should take is those on the ballhandler. Elsewhere, just dodge.
