Troll for Mino (although this might be personal opinion) and another Hobgob at the expense of ff.

troll for mino and drop the apo and FF for another 2 Hobgoblins. This gives you more options.

Maybe it is just me, but I would rather start off with four rerolls, not two, since I try to give the ball to a centaur. I am going to a TR 110 tournament soon, and my planned roster is:
5 Hobgoblins @ 200k
5 Chaos Dwarves @ 350k
2 Bull Centaurs @ $260k
4 Rerolls @ $280k
1 FF @ 10k
or maybe
4 Hobgoblins @ 160k
5 Chaos Dwarves @ 350k
2 Bull Centaurs @ $260k
1 Troll @ 100k
3 Rerolls @ $210k
1 FF @ 10k
It is a resurrection style tournament so I am not worried about the apoth or winnings, so the only problem with the low fan factor is I'm fairly likely to loose some kick off results (assuming my opponent hasn't done exactly the same thing)

I agree with virral - with no ballhandling skills out of the box and your primary Blitzer candidates lacking Block, I find CD's are one of the most reroll needy teams in the game. Which is why upping the reoll cost to 70K was such a nice solution to them being a bit over.

That's a good lineup but if a apo is allowed I would change one RR for an apo and 2 FF.
And don't use your BC as ball carriers they perform better as blitzers.
When a touchback occurs I of course would give the ball to the BC

I really wouldn't take a big guy. They end your turns and doing anything with them is a huge risk. Max out on CDs and bulls, then take yourself up to 12 (or even 13 if you fancy fouling) with hobs, then spend the rest of cash on re-rolls. FF is virtually worthless in a tourney.

IMO the most aggresive lineup is:
1 mino
5 cd´s
2 bulls
3 hobos
2 reroll
2 fanfactor
the mino has got frenzy!! and you don´t loose your tacklezones,
like the troll does, when stupid.
2 re-rolls are maybe not that much. but your blockers have block
3 hobbos to pick up and handle ball should be enough. the mino can
not use rerolls. so two reroll´s should be enough.
i tried the following lineup at dungeonball 05 :
1 troll
1 bull
6 cd´s
3 rerolls
1 ff
the f**** troll has cost me the ticket to the final in round 5
the last game was my setup against the setup mentioned first.
while my troll was stupid 4 times in a rope, the enemy mino killed my
line and the two bulls against my bull had an easy match.
so next time i would start with the agressive lineup i mentioned first!
good luck

I coached Chaos Dwarves for 20 games of which I lost one and drew one. I got a minotaur later on and on the rare occasions where I had to use my subs I often chose a rookie CD over the mino. Big guys are really rubbish, especially on a team like CDs where the bulls and blockers are so good. Minos are good for a laugh but are not likely to win you games in a tourney. Generally you end up with one in a league because you have nothing else to spend money on but they will cost you if you rely on them to perform.

Yes, the Troll is the very latest addition to a CD team and it's main purpose is to act a punching bag at the LOS and to get Guard ASAP to assist the CDs around it.

Troll has my vote!
mino is TOO unreliable for this team. CD's have great blitzers in BC's - no need for mino. Troll is a ST5 player to fill the gap against bashy teams. that's all what is needed. and is a lot cheaper

only a few things to think about
what does the mino include:
FRENZY - your opponent can´t save wide zones that good
MIGHTY BLOW - ouch!!
HORNS - you can blitz other big guys without any assists or take
one assist, than you have strenght 7 at a blitz - 3 blockdice, save story!
he´s a target, so he brings room for other players, like the bulls.
and he doesn´t loose tackle zones, like the troll does - when stupid
of course you can play without him. but at tr110 you have enough
gold.

But these skills are only usefull if you actually take an action (usually a blitz action) with the mino. And that's a big liabilty. A troll with guard doesn't have to take an action to be usefull. He's a big, almost unmovable lug which will help all the players around him, he anchors your line and is hard to take out of the game. CD's don't need another blitzer, bulls are more reliable for that role.

yes i do agree - i play both setup´s , no question.
why take the less effective big guy, only because of 10,000 gold??
explain me the diffrence between troll w. guard and a mino w. guard?
can the troll still use guard when he´s stupid??
frenzy works without doing a blitz - your opponent can´t igonore it.
bulls are really nice i like ém when they have break tackle - or else
they are just faster black orks.
i put a zombi on your bull - try the dodge
to open the defence by a blitz i prefer 3 dice, mighty blow, frenzy,
instead of a 2 dice block.
i prefer 3 blitzer instead of only two... one bull for each widezone
and the mino for the center, or for deep defence when playing against
fast teams...
