Skills changes with league transitions

This is more a poll than a question. In leagues previously using LRB3.0/4.0 etc., switching to the PBBL rules:
Do you think its fair to let players such as Chaos Warriors with Claws+Razor Sharp Claws, and Gutter Runners with Very Long Legs+MA(+1)+Surefeet to reselect said skills as the reasons for taking these skills have now been altered dramatically and are now obsolete(Chaos kill teams and 1 turn scorers as exampled above)?

Fair, yes.
But whether you allow it or not depends largely on the number of players in the league and how you all get along.
In a friendly pub league, it doesn't really matter, so I'd let people change. In a cut-throat $25,000 dollar prize league (doubt it though...

) they picked the skills, they suffer the consequences.

I think we should let them change. I mean we can now all laugh at the OTS' who are no more, and the Chaos murderers that will now be beaten so badly into the ground at what they have done to us it will be good.
By the way where can I find the PBBL league rules?
Where?

Allowing pointless skills to be traded in will also reduce resistence to the change from those who stand to loose out.
