i think block first is a must have, especially if you play him as a runner, meaning you don't pass with him. then you can also use him as a safety, taking strip ball and/or tackle.

you can use him as a passer with accurate and pass (whatever order suits you), and even add dump-off and NoS (on a doubles).

as a Runner, add in Dodge/Sidestep on doubles.

Unless i get a stat or double i always takes block first on my runners.
If they don't have it, your opponent are gonna target him with his block players.

I also usually takes either strong arm or dodge on a double, depending on what type of tactic you use.

1. Take every stat increase
2. Take dodge on doubles
3. Take block on normal skill roll

after these three phases it's quite hard to pick your skills. If you decide to play a passing kind of game with dwarves to whom are you going to pass? You got 4 AG 3 players, so it's really nifty.

For example here are my two runners:
+MA, Block, Tackle
Block, Accurate, Pass

Kick is a nice runner skill also. Should've picked Block, Kick, Accurate for the other runner...

I would like strip ball on dorf runners. Since they are your fastest players and usually oprate behind your lines as safeties.

So for me:

1:block
2:strip ball
3:tackle
4:accurate, since you don't always have the time to cage and crawl after conceding a TD.
