Amazon vs Lizardmen - Hopeless!

Hello Everybody!
Just one question: What should an experienced Amazon team do against an experienced Lizardmen-Team??
I just conceded a game, because my opponent had 6 Saurus, all with Block, 4 with Tackle, 3 with Guard. His Kroxigor also with Tackle and Guard.
Oh, and some Saurus had Mighty Blow, also.
So, how can an Amazon team hope to win against this?
After this game, I'll hit everybody who tells me, an Amazon team has no need for a Big Guy!!
Greetings,
Tom

Just like any other team beats the lizards. You hunt skinks... I admit it's rough with higher tv with amazons. They are amazing out of the blocks but in time everyone catches up. btw do your blitzers not have gaurd and tackle?
With the price of the team and rr's it wouldn't be fair to have bigguy access. It's what the amazons are.... live by the sword die by the sword.

Well, the Problem is that you have to break the enemy cage. But if my opponent fields Silibili and te Kroxigor and 6 Saurus, then there are only 3 Skinks left - and they are well hidden behind the enemy lines
I would happily pay more for rerolls, if that would get me a Big Guy!
As for Guard and Tackle: Yes, I have that, but Saurus have AV 9 instead of Dodge - while I have Dodge and AV 7 - Now, who can use Tackle and who don't?

You can use tackle to hunt skinks. Also if you have a lot of money you should freeboot Zara the slayer. ST 4 Blodge Jump up Dauntless Stakes is well worth it's money in that game.
You should exploit his non breaktackle Sauri with caging from the flank and tying (I know this means cas for him, but you want to win, right?) his sauri. You shouldn't have any problems scoring.
Try to defend extremely conservatively, dodgeing and making 2 die blocks when possible.

A team where the Saurus have 4 skills? Ouch.
You must have some pretty fancy stuff too if its at that level of development.

I answered this elsewhere - where you'd pointed out you were playing 50+ TR up. That's why you lose.
