Hey guys,
I'v got a turny coming up in my area that im pretty excited for, accept for one little thing.... I don't know crap about turny tactics!!
The two teams I have done to a presentable level are my undead and my dark elves... The undead are recently finished, and I'd like to take them for a spin, but have no knowldge as to how they might preform in a turny.
The turny itself is 100TR, starting with 2 skills, then one after each game, then a trait, 2nd skill on one player, or 2 normal skills after game 4.
So before I post rosters, I have a few opening questions.... Do you need any FF in turnys? or just enough to not auto lose those pitch invasions(like 4-5). Apoths?
I apprieciate any help, and I'll mess with some rosters and post them in a few days.

From past results, undead are among the top performers in tourneys, and Dark Elves are below average at best. Although the team you feel comfortable with will always perform best in your hands.
FF is not that important, it's nice to win the occasional RR or a Get the Ref, but really not worth sacrificing anything for.
Apo is occasionally useful, but it's not that big of deal, and if you play an expensive team, the choice is often between a reroll or an apothecary, and then the reroll wins.
Check the sticky threads for starting teams for tourneys if you want to get some ideas for what to take for which team, or what the opposition might be taking.
The two skill thing is nice for both your teams though, as it allows you to have either functional witchelves (block) or scary mummies (block again
