Werewolves or Flesh Golems?

I'm planning on going to a few tournaments this year, and I'm seriously considering using a Necromantic team rather than the Dwarf and Goblin teams I usually get beaten with.
Anyway, I've been making a few tentative plans and I was wondering what people thought was better in a basic Tournament team, Flesh Golems or Werewolves. The Wolves are fast and built for cutting down the opposing scorers, but the Golems add much needed muscle and are arguably the toughest players on the pitch (
Thick Skull and
Regenerate? Woo!). I personally can't really choose between the two choices.
Oh, and I've put that last option in for those of you that don't want to choose one or the other... It's not really an option. Though maybe it should be with my usual luck...

oops read it wrong. thought this was for league play starting.
for tourney: grab two WW's. because once you lose your WW's you lose the game, having two doubles the chance of surviving til the end.
golems are just big zombies in tourney play.

I would chose none of both posibillities.
I played a PBEmbl tournament with Necros and started with two Wolfs, 2 Wight and two ghouls. The rest is filled up with zombies so that can take a few more foul actions even when you are under the eye of the ref.
Just my two cents...

Same here, but of the 2 options, I'd go 2 WW, 1FG.

I'd also take the 2 Wolves, 2 Ghouls, 2 Wights Roster. The Flesh is nice but not worth his money in tourneys. I'd rather have some more zombies to be able to foul with impunity.

Hmm, I must admit that I hadn't considered the possibility of not taking any Flesh Golems, although I should have since the Necromantic team is more of a finesse team than the other undead teams. Guess I might be fixating on their strength and traits.
*Does some quick working out*
Let's see... If I went the Two Wolf/Two Ghoul/Two Wight route, I could fit in seven Zombies, three re-rolls and a FF of two.
Definately something to think about.

Most successful necro coaches I know use only 6 Zombies and keep a FF of 5 or FF 4 and one assistant coach.

Take 2 WWs, but no FG at all. In tournament play they are nothing but Zombies at 4 times the cost. Maybe take one for annoyance value if you have the cash. But for 120K you can get FOUR zombies.

Looks about perfect to me.

The only other option I can think of is to swap 2 Zombies and a FF for a third Ghoul.

I took Fleshies to a tournament recently and I won't be bringing them again. Only took me about a game and a half to figure out the mistake. They really are overpriced zombies. (This only applies to tourney play)
I would definatly go with 2 wolves no FGs.

It just depends on your style of play, I've had some opponents giving me a real hard time with flesh golems. It depends on your style of play. If you team them up and keep trying to dodge them into more favourable positions they are really great. You will be moving slowly though as you need to bring along some zombies too.
